Dr. Bailey then conducted her dermatology residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, OH, where she was named Chief Resident. Furthermore, Dr. Bailey underwent fellowship training in pediatric dermatology at Cincinnati’s Children’s Hospital Medical Center. In addition, she trained in laser dermatology under Dr. Leon Goldman, a pioneer in laser skin treatment, at The Jewish Hospital of Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH.
Dr. Bailey is Certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology, and is Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support. To stay up to date in her field she remains a professional member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, Maryland Dermatology Society, Washington, D.C. Dermatologic Society, Florida Medical Association, Collier County Medical Society, National Psoriasis Foundation, and Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Bailey has published articles in peer-reviewed literature, written a chapter in Clinical Dermatology and lectured on various skin topics. Dr. Bailey currently practices with her private practice High Tide Dermatology Center.
