She began her career in 2005 at ValueOptions, Inc., where she provided onsite psychiatric care. In 2018, Dr. Papke took on the role of ACT psychiatrist at Terros Health in Scottsdale, refining her expertise in outpatient care and team leadership. Her subsequent roles at Magellan Behavioral Health and Lifestance Health further demonstrated her commitment to enhancing mental health services across diverse populations.
Throughout her career, Dr. Papke has focused on caring for seriously mentally ill (SMI) patients, embracing a philosophy of “propelling people forward to wellness.” This mantra has guided her approach, emphasizing the importance of supportive care in achieving optimal mental health.
