Dr. Karidis obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, a Masters of Science from Touro College and a Doctorate in Medicine from Technion. After completing her Medical Degree, Dr. Karidis completed her residency and chief residency from Schneider Children’s Hospital. A board certified fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Karidis is also an Associate Professor at Hofstra Medical School. Dr. Karidis currently practices with North Shore Children’s Health Care as a Pediatrician.

A pediatrician is a child’s physician who provides not only medical care for children who are acutely or chronically ill but also preventive health services for healthy children.
