Vinu Sista, DDS, has been named a 2018 Top Doctor in Sugar Land, Texas! This organization is dedicated to selecting and honoring those healthcare practitioners who have demonstrated clinical excellence while delivering the highest standards of patient care.
Dr. Sista graduated from UCSF in 2005, after earning her BS degree from UCLA, Summa cum laude. She then completed 2 years of general practice residencies at the UT School of Dentistry, where she now serves on faculty as a part-time Assistant Clinical Professor. Dr. Sista practices in the Sugar Land and Katy areas and truly enjoys every aspect of her professional career.
Dr. Sista prides herself on staying on the cutting edge of her profession. She is currently earning her Fellowship degree through the Academy Of General Dentistry, an honor few practicing dentists hold. She is also a member of 2 local study groups: the Esthetic Alliance Program with a focus on implantology, and Elevate, which focuses on a multi-disciplinary approach to dentistry. Due to her enthusiasm for the field of dentistry and quest for perfection, her patients can rest assured they are getting top-notch care.
Alongside her clinical and educational work, Dr. Sista makes sure to engage herself in volunteer opportunities whenever she can. She is a member of the National Health Service Corp, through which she practiced in underserved areas for 5 years. She also participates in Project Saving Smiles and National Give Kids a Smile every year.
