Dr. Dyer completed a bachelor’s degree in Biology at Missouri Western State University in Saint Joseph, MO, before continuing his education at the University of Missouri, City School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. From there, he moved his wife and small children to San Diego to serve our country as a Dental officer in the United States Navy. He served for 5 years and completed one deployment on the USS Rushmore LSD. Dr. Dyer says he “will never forget the time on the ship”. After the Navy, he and his wife and 4 children moved to Colorado Springs because they felt it was a great place to raise their children with amazing Natural beauty and all the fun outdoor activities.
