A seasoned nuclear medicine specialist, Dr. Delpassand is the Founder and Medical Director of the Excel Diagnostics & Nuclear Oncology Center. Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Nuclear Medicine (FACNM), the doctor is board-certified in nuclear medicine by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, which certifies physicians as specialists in the practice of nuclear medicine.
On a professional level, he is an active member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine, the Oncology Council of Society of Nuclear Medicine, the American Medical Association, the Iranian-American Medical Association, the European Association of Nuclear Medicine, the American Association of Nuclear Cardiology, the Association of University Radiologists, the American College of Radiology, the International Society for Clinical Densitometry, the American Medical Informatics Association, and the American College of Physician Executives.
In addition to his clinical role, Dr. Delpassand serves as a Professor in the Department of Nuclear Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine.
