He remained at Walter Reed for three years as a staff nuclear medicine specialist, with an academic appointment as an Assistant Professor in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
An expert in his field, the doctor is board-certified in nuclear medicine by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, which certifies physicians as specialists in the practice of nuclear medicine.
