Erica completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Valparaiso University in 2014 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Illinois State University in 2020. Her extensive nursing experience includes diverse roles in hospital medicine, internal medicine, wound care, geriatrics, hospice/palliative care, and orthopedics, highlighting her versatility and dedication to patient care since embarking on her nursing journey in August 2014.

In her current role, Erica specializes in skilled nursing facility (SNF) care, where she plays a vital role in managing the health and well-being of elderly residents. Her expertise is complemented by her certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), underscoring her commitment to professional growth and high-quality patient outcomes.

As an active member of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association and the American Medical Association, Erica continuously seeks to enhance her knowledge and skills.
