Dr. Grayver specializes in cardiology, a branch of medicine that deals with the disorders of the heart as well as some parts of the circulatory system. Currently, Dr. Grayver serves as the Director of Critical Coronary Care Unit at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York. Dr. Grayver is also an Assistant Professor at Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. She frequently teaches at the medical school and runs a specialized cardiac critical care elective for medical students. She is affiliated with Long Island Jewish Forest Hills and Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Grayver is board-certified in both Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.Certification has meant that internists have demonstrated – to their peers and to the public – that they have the clinical judgment, skills and attitudes essential for the delivery of excellent patient care. Dr. Grayver received her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. Thereafter, she went on to complete her residency and fellowship training with North Shore University Hospital where she also served as both Chief Resident and Chief Fellow.
