Bilal is a highly trained and qualified radiologist with an extensive expertise in all facets of his work, especially percutaneous abdominal drainage and venous catheterization. Dr. Bilal has been in practice for more than 13 years and is currently serving as Director of Vascular and Interventional Radiology in Port Jefferson, New York. He is also affiliated with John T. Mather Memorial Hospital and Stony Brook University Hospital.

Dr. Mohammad A. Bilal attended Boston University School of Medicine, where he graduated with his Medical Degree. Following his graduation, he subsequently completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and then fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

 

Dr. Bilal is board certified in Diagnostic, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. To keep up to date with the latest advances in his field, he maintains professional memberships with the Society of Interventional Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, the American College of Radiology, the American Medical Association, the Suffolk County Medical Society, and the Medical Society of the State of New York. He attributes his success to his excellent training, interpersonal skills, patience, commitment, and his excellent support staff. In his free time, Dr. Bilal enjoys traveling, watching movies, and dining out.
