Davis is a highly respected Public Health Nurse, who currently maintains the position of Assistant Professor of Nursing with St. Catherine University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Featuring over three decades of experience in the nursing field, she is noted for her expertise in all facets of public health nursing.

Beth attended Gustavus Adolphus College, studying Public Health abroad in the Middle East and Italy and graduating with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1983. Driven to further her knowledge, she went on to acquire her Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a focus on implementation science, quality improvement, and patient safety in 2005 from University of Phoenix. Furthermore, Beth earned her Post Masters Certificate in Nursing Education at Walden University in 2014.

Beth has worked in many areas of the nursing field, and she stays current in nursing by maintaining a professional membership with the American Nurses Association, the American Holistic Nurses Association, the National Gerontological Nursing Association, and the Society of Pediatric Nurses. Beth attributes her success to patient care and education, making a difference, and her love for people, and when she is not working, Beth enjoys aromatherapy and fitness.
