Exceptional Public Health Nurse, Marjorie D. Santos, RN, MPH will be Noted in FindaTopDoc

Santos is an established Public Health Nurse who provided exceptional care and support to her patients within the Indian Health Service and Mvskoke (Muscogee) Creek Nation in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Featuring nearly a decade of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in public health nursing, from community health program development and community-clinical bridging to emergency response and direct patient care.

Marjorie earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1998 from California State University-Hayward. Thereafter, she completed her Master of Public Health Degree with an International Health concentration in 2000 from Loma Linda University, followed by her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2009 at the same educational venue.

As a Nurse Officer with the US Public Health Service, Marjorie is committed to keeping current with the new developments and guidelines in her field, and she strives to provide the best outcomes possible for patients and communities. She feels honored to have received mentorship from nurses, such as Dr. Dawn Satterfield, and elders, such as Bud McCombs, who helped pave the way for public health nursing. Marjorie attributes her success to learning from community experts and relationship building
