Santos has been in practice for more than two decades and is currently serving patients within his own private practice in Miami Beach, Florida. He is also affiliated with Memorial Hospital Miramar, Memorial Hospital West, Aventura Hospital and Medical Center, and North Shore Medical Center.
Dr. Santos attended the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan, graduating with his Medical Degree in 1989. Following the completion of medical school, he completed an internship, residency and fellowship at the University of Puerto Rico, before relocating to the United States and entering private practice. Dr. Santos is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine and Pulmonary Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. In addition to being renowned as an expert in the treatment of lung conditions, he is also a specialist sleep medicine physician treating conditions such as sleep apnea. He attributes his success to his hard work, and when he is not working Dr. Santos enjoys traveling.
