Patel Medical College in Bijapur, India. After relocating to the United States, Dr. Kurtakoti completed an internship and residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Fairview, and then a fellowship at the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Kurtakoti is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine in both Family Medicine and in Geriatric Medicine, but it is in this latter field that she has become a renowned expert.
