This was followed by residencies in general surgery and neurological surgery at the Medical College of Georgia in 1995 and 2000, respectively. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Kennesaw College and an Associate of Arts degree in Art History from Fleming College in Florence, Italy.
Specializing in neurological surgery with interest in cranium and spine procedures, the doctor is board-certified through the American Board of Neurological Surgery, whose broad aim is to encourage the study, improve the practice, elevate the standards, and advance the science of neurological surgery and thereby serve the cause of public health.
