Services provided by her include child custody evaluations, the preparation of forensic psychiatry reports for a variety of psychiatric legal matters such as testamentary capacity, criminal responsibility, medical malpractice, parental fitness, workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and many additional types of legal cases.
Dr. Shnaidman is also known for her many appearances as an expert psychiatrist on television and radio shows, and she is also an in demand public speaker and the author of ‘Forensic Psychiatry: A Lawyer’s Guide’.
