Academically, Dr. Singer earned his medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto and completed his internship and residency at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. He completed research and clinical fellowships in nephrology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.

 

With over 30 years of experience, the doctor is board-certified in nephrology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Among his professional affiliations, Dr. Singer is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, the International Society of Nephrology, the National Kidney Foundation, the Renal Physicians Association, the American College of Physicians, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
