He is dedicated to teaching and has served as an Associate Professor of Anesthesia Pain Management at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia since 2007. Additionally, he has proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserve for 23 years and retired at the rank of lieutenant colonel in 2013.
A member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, the doctor is board-certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology, whose mission is to advance the highest standards of the practice of anesthesiology.
