In practice for over three decades, Dr. Raque is a board-certified neurological surgeon at Norton Neuroscience Institute. He operates out of the offices in Elizabethtown and Louisville, Kentucky.

Practicing medicine in Kentucky, he is affiliated with Norton Hospital, Norton Children’s Hospital, and University of Louisville Hospital.
