Dr. Hayden received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1993. He then interned in transitional medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis and served his ophthalmology residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Hayden is certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology and also holds multiple refractive surgery certifications. He remains at the forefront of a challenging industry as a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the International Society of Refractive Surgeons, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
