Dr. Marcolin, a well-versed physiatrist, serves as the Director of Physical Therapy at OceanView Rehabilitation in Brooklyn, New York. His special areas of interest include neuromuscular rehabilitation, all post-surgical rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, gait/walk training, and treatment for Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD).
“It has always been my dream, from an early age, to help people to the best of my ability and I truly believe that Physical Therapy offers me that ability to do so. As a person struggling with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), I am in a unique position to understand the complexities, trials, and tribulations that a person can go through from a debilitating condition. I make it my business to give every patient the time and effort that they deserve in order to fulfill their goals however big or small they may be.” as stated by the doctor.

In addition to being a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, he is board-certified through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). The ABPMR was established in 1947 as the certifying body for the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation under the American Board of Medical Specialties.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Health & Nutrition Sciences from CUNY Brooklyn College in 2007, Dr. Marcolin went on to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in 2012. From 2012 until 2017, he served as the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at Evolve Physical Therapy Fit for Life before joining the OceanView team.
