Haley is a dynamic healthcare professional with over 9 years of success delivering high-quality hand therapy services within development of new therapy programs, creation of protocols, and enhancing patient care practices. With proven expertise in virtual & in-person education, she is the Founder of Restore Performance LLC, a virtual-based therapy group with expertise treating musicians.
Restore Performance LLC provides dynamic movement analysis & specialized upper extremity intervention for people working in occupations at high risk for overuse syndrome. They offer expertise in musicality and moving ergonomics, and professional development events for healthcare experts on musicians, ergonomics, ethics, and inspiration.
As Valedictorian, Haley achieved the President Medal of Honor when she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Keyboard Performance from Midwestern State University. She then went on to earn her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the Eastern Washington University.
Subsequent to her education, she attained board certification in hand therapy through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC), whose mission is to support a high level of competence in hand therapy practice and to advance the specialty through a formal credentialing process.
Remaining up to date in her field, Haley is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists, the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Washington Occupational Therapy Association, and the American Association for Hand Surgery.
