As a Reproductive Endocrinologist, Dr. Tsai is highly trained in providing fertility treatments using assisted reproductive technologies (ART) including in vitro fertilization (IVF) and fertility preservation procedures (egg freezing). 

Dr. Tsai a nationally recognized fertility specialist who was well known for being a pioneer in donor egg pregnancy as well egg cryopreservation followed by a successful pregnancy.  He has an outstanding reputation as a physician and the Founder of the New York Fertility Center, IVF Center. His completed his undergraduate degree at Columbia University, a private Ivy League research university in New York City. Established in 1754, Columbia is the oldest institution of higher education in New York and the fifth-oldest institution of higher learning in the United States.

Dr. Tsai earned his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, now known as the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, in New York City, a leader in medical and scientific training and education, biomedical research and patient care. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology & infertility at the University of California-San Francisco/Stanford Medical Center.

Dr.Tsai Board Certified by The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is licensed in NY and CT. 

He is an accomplished clinical researcher and author of numerous articles and chapters for professional medical publications. He is also an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, a private Ivy League university. 

Dr. Tsai offers a full spectrum of state-of-the-art medical and surgical treatments in assisted reproductive technologies. Additionally, provides expert care in all aspects of reproductive endocrinology and gynecology.
