Sharon Eichler Woodin, is a highly qualified registered nurse with extensive experience in labor and delivery nursing, mother-baby nursing and homecare. Her job is challenging and demanding but among the most rewarding positions in nursing; Every day she assists in bringing new life into the world. She has been in the nursing field since 1971.
Nurse Woodin is employed by Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Buffalo, NY, part of the Kaleida Health System, the largest healthcare provider in Western New York, serving the area’s eight counties with state-of-the-art technology and comprehensive healthcare services. Sharon earned her undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo, a public research university and the largest campus of the State University of New York. (SUNY). She attended the Edward J. Meyer Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. Additionally, Sharon has completed a certificate program for Basic Life Support (BLS).
She is a member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses; a professional organization whose mission is to address the educational and practice needs within the evolving specialty of neonatal nursing, while giving all neonatal nurses national representation.
Nurse Woodin’s expertise and compassion are evidence of her commitment to providing the best possible outcomes and experience for mother and baby.
