He also completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois in 1999.
Dr. Crespin received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2007.

Dr. Crespin is board-certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
