Academically, Jessie graduated with his nursing degree from Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Gateway Community College in 1995. He then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Arizona State University in 2011.
Throughout his 42+ years in the field of nursing, he has grown and been challenged with various titles, including certified nursing assistant, certified medical assistant, medical laboratory assistant, practical x-ray technician, cardiology technician, certified respiratory technician, echo technician, endoscopy technician, licensed practical nurse, and registered respiratory therapist.
Honing his skills, he remains an active member of the Arizona Nurses Association, which is the oldest and largest nursing association in Arizona.
