An excellent obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Sansone established East Norriton Women’s Healthcare PC in 1997 alongside Dr. Dominick M. Giuffrida. She specializes in repair of pelvic floor disorders, menopausal management, managment of abnormal pap smears, polycystic ovarian disease, low and high risk pregnancies, uterine fibroids, abnormal bleeding, osteoporosis, endometriosis, and precancerous and cancerous conditions of the uterus, ovaries and cervix.

In pursuit of clinical excellence, the doctor is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, which is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) who specialize in the care of the female reproductive tract and children during the course of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period (obstetricians) and to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the female reproductive tract (gynecologists).
Prior to establishing her private practice, she served as Director of Gynecologic Robotic Surgery and Chairman of the Department for Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mercy Suburban Hospital.
