With a broad educational background, Dr. Littlejohn Jr. graduated with his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 1995. He then went on to perform his internship in general surgery at the said establishment in 1997.
Furthering his training, he performed a residency in general surgery at the University of Connecticut Health Center in 1997, a residency in urology at Howard University Hospital (District of Columbia) in 2001, and a fellowship in neuro-urology and voiding dysfunction at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in 2002.
A man of many titles, Dr. Littlejohn Jr. serves as an Assistant Professor of Surgery within the Department of Urology at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Vice Chair of DEI within the Department of Urology at Penn State Health Technology, and as Director of TeleHealth within the Department of Urology at Penn State Health.

Continuously advancing his efforts with professional organizations, Dr. Littlejohn Jr. is an active member of the National Medical Association, the American Urological Association, the Mid-Atlantic Section of the American Urological Association, and the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine & Urogenital Reconstruction. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
