He then went on to perform his residency at Duke University Medical Center, and his fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and interventional / structural cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
With years of experience, he is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
Furthermore, he is board-certified in nuclear cardiology by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, which is the primary certifying organization for nuclear medicine in the United States.
