As an executive lead on the Excess Day Reduction Committee, she continues to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency. Her commitment to evidence-based practice was demonstrated in her recent presentation at the Penn Medicine Nursing Research and Evidence-based Practice conference, where she explored the implementation of evidence-based protocols to assess delirium risk in a windowless unit.

She is also an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, where she is pursuing fellowship status and has achieved her black belt in Six Sigma and Nurse Executive Board Certification.
Currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, Jordan attributes her success to the encouragement of mentors and peers who recognized her innate ability to connect with patients and provide compassionate care.
