The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago. He then completed his postgraduate internship at Weiss Memorial Hospital and his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. 

Specializing in EMG/NCV, Dr. Minor is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management, and interventional pain medicine. 

The past president of the California Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, he is a member of the California Society of Industrial Medicine and Surgery & a Fellow of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine.
