Dr. Wiltse is a caring and friendly pediatrician at Park Nicollet Clinic and Specialty Center Burnsville 14000 Building in Burnsville, Minnesota. She enjoys working with children of all ages ranging from newborns to early adulthood and finds joy in all areas of primary care.

Her goal is to provide the best care possible for each family and their children’s unique needs. This includes following families as their children meet new milestones during well-child care, helping sick children get better as soon as possible, and ensuring all parent questions are answered.

Working with the family unit as a whole – both in taking care or illnesses and promoting well-being and healthy lifestyles, Dr. Wiltse’s medical interests include general pediatrics, newborn care, adolescent medicine, and asthma.

“My patients can expect a friendly provider who enjoys taking care of kids of all ages, from infants through adolescents. They can expect a provider who practices evidence-based medicine and likes to include the family in planning for taking care of their child, and a provider who loves to watch children grow and support families in that journey through well-child care” expressed the doctor.

Growing up in Apple Valley, Minnesota, Dr. Wiltse graduated with her medical degree from  Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Sciences in 2011. She then went on to perform her residency in pediatrics at the University of Minnesota Amplatz Children’s Hospital in 2015, after which she returned to the Twin Cities.

Enjoying all aspects of pediatrics, she is board-certified through the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends people be under pediatric care up to the age of 21. Pediatricians provide medical care to people ranging in age from newborns to young adults. They are trained to examine, diagnose, and treat children with a wide variety of injuries and illnesses through all of their developmental stages, as they grow and mature.

Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Wiltse enjoys listening to music, spending time on the lake, watching movies, going for walks with the dog, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends. Her husband works in the environmental sciences and they have two young children, a daughter and a son, who keep them very busy while filling their household with joy.

Staying healthy by maintaining healthy eating habits and working out, Dr. Wiltse loves short, difficult workouts and lifting weights. Her favorite thing about living in Minnesota is the Twin Cities – the food, music, and culture.
