Dr. Winkler studied medicine at the University of Maryland and received his medical degree in 1988. He strives to stay on the cutting edge of treatments as a member of the American College for Advancement in Medicine, the Institute of Functional Medicine, the International Organization of Integrated Cancer Physicians, and the American Ozone Association.
