Dr. Nichols completed her undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac College where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. Furthering her education she graduated with her Medical Degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 1988, giving her over three decades of experience in her field. She then completed a residency in internal medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Additionally she held dual faculty positions at the University of Pennsylvania in its School of Medicine and School of Nursing.
