With a 20-year track record as a successful clinical neurologist and neuroscientist, Dr. Kasischke works at AdventHealth Medical Group Neuroscience at Tampa in Florida. He specializes in the management of rare medical conditions that lead to stroke and brain disorders, post-stroke epilepsy, and vascular disorders.
Since experiencing a stroke-related loss in his own family, it has been Dr. Kasischke’s passion to become a neurologist. His goal is to recognize disease early and treat his patients with the same empathy and dedication he would his own family.
Graduating with his medical degree from the Medical Faculty of Ulm University, he has unique training in neurology, vascular neurology and neuroscience from top universities and hospitals in the United States and Germany. He performed his residency in neurology and his fellowship in vascular neurology at USF Health Morsani College of Medicine.
Among his professional affiliations, Dr. Kasischke is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
With years of experience treating adults and geriatrics, he is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
