Get to know Dermatologist Dr. Kay Bishop, who serves the population of Idaho.
Dr. Bishop completed her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University where she received a Bachelors of Science. She then attended the University of Washington where she graduated with her Medical Degree in 1988, giving her over three decades of experience in her field.
After obtaining her Medical Degree Dr. Bishop completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Utah, and a Dermatology residency at Stanford University in Stanford, California. Dr. Bishop is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. To stay up to date she remains a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, and the Idaho Medical Association.
Dr. Bishop currently practices with her private practice Dermatology of Eastern Idaho. She is also affiliated with the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center and VA Palo Alto Health Care System. She is part of the visiting clinical faculty in the Stanford Dermatology Department.

Dr. Bishop grew up in Rigby, Idaho and when she is not serving patients he enjoys living there close to the mountains.
