Finally, she completed a 6 month educational fellowship in palliative medicine at the Harvard Medical School. Additionally, she has an honorary doctorate degree in divinity, and is currently working on certification in functional medicine and a masters degree in healthcare administration.
Subsequent to her education, the doctor attained board certification in internal medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine. The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
Distinguished as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), she is an active member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Society of Hospital Medicine.
