With more than a decade of nursing experience and a wealth of education, Klara has consistently delivered comprehensive and quality patient care across various healthcare settings.

Klara’s educational journey began in Prague, Czech Republic, at the Medea School for Continuing Nursing Education, where she studied from 1997 to 2000. After relocating to the United States, Klara pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ohio University School of Nursing, where she graduated with a commendable 3.76 GPA in 2013. While at Ohio University, she also showcased her musical talent as a violinist in the OU Symphonic Orchestra. Klara further advanced her career by earning a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University School of Nursing in 2019.

Klara’s nursing career took flight in 2011 at University Hospitals of Cleveland, where she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). During this time, she developed a robust skill set in diagnosing, interpreting, and treating a wide range of medical conditions, from minor issues to critical emergencies. Klara took pride in educating patients on proper wound care and facilitating smooth transitions for patients moving from intensive care to less critical units.

In 2017, Klara stepped into a Staff/Charge Nurse position in the Emergency Room at University Hospitals of Cleveland, where she managed patient care, coordinated facility operations, and collaborated with senior staff on vital aspects such as admissions and medication administration. Her commitment to identifying gaps in treatment led her to implement effective strategies for improvement while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.

Simultaneously, Klara pursued Nurse Practitioner clinical rotations from 2017 to 2019, which allowed her to expand her expertise across various specialties. Her rotations included family practice at Tina Joyce D.O. LCC, adult primary care at Erieside Medical Group, and pediatric primary care at Tiffin Pediatrics. These hands-on experiences refined her skills in medical documentation, treatment planning, and patient education. She provided wellness care, conducted health assessments, and supported patients with chronic and acute conditions, all while collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
