A board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner with dual accreditation in Hospice and Palliative Care, Waddle brings a blend of clinical excellence and compassionate leadership to his expanded role. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and completed a Post‑Master’s Certificate at the University of Massachusetts Boston.

With more than a decade of advanced practice experience, Waddle has earned recognition for his patient‑centered approach and mentorship within interdisciplinary teams. His ACHPN certification demonstrates specialized expertise in hospice and palliative care. Waddle has been an active member of the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association, further strengthening his commitment to quality end‑of‑life care and support for both patients and their families. His leadership reflects a dedication to enhancing service delivery and fostering an environment that values empathy and excellence in care.
