Later, she completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Indiana University Health.

The AOBOS is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
Professionally, Dr. Migliore is an active member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, the Ohio Osteopathic Association, and the American Osteopathic Association.
Among her other roles, she serves as Medical Director of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Chief of Staff at Fort Hamilton Hospital.
