Dr. Ennin is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee replacement procedures, adult reconstructive surgery, and osteoarthritis care. He joined Texas Center for Joint Replacement in 2015, tending to patients at the offices in Plano and Allen, Texas.

Educated in the United States, Dr. Ennin earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from State University of New York in Stony Brook, and his master’s degree in biomedical science from the University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey in Newark. He pursued his medical education at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, before completing his general internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He then completed a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at William Beaumont Hospital in Michigan.

Licensed to practice medicine in Texas, the doctor is board-certified in orthopedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS). The ABOS is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopedic residents and surgeons as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopedic surgeons.

In collaboration with Texas Health, Dr. Ennin is affiliated with Texas Health Center for Diagnostic & Surgery, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton.

Throughout his career, he has served as an assistant team physician for the Grand Prairie AirHogs baseball team and for sports teams within the Dallas Independent School District. He has researched and presented on topics ranging from revision total hip replacement in geriatric patients, to treatments for periprosthetic joint infection.
