He also holds several Master’s degrees (in Oriental Medicine, Counseling Psychology, Public Health & Sociology, and Theology) from several different universities. Furthermore, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland.
Dr. Miura has completed several advanced doctoral studies with Dr. John Chen (pharmacologist and herbalist), Dr. Wei-Chieh Young, Dr. Xuemin Shi, Ba Xian Gong (temple monk), Michael Hamilton (acupuncturist), and Hajime Nakane (sensei).
