With impressive academic credentials, Dr. Kaplan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University, as well as a Doctor of Acupuncture, a Master of Science in Acupuncture, and a Bachelor of Professional Studies from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City. Additionally, she is certified in facial rejuvenation and contributes to the acupuncture community as a teaching assistant to Dr. Michele Gellis.
Dr. Kaplan’s clinical experience includes an internship in the Orthopedic/Neurology Department at NYU Lutheran Hospital, where she received specialized training in acupuncture for post-stroke recovery. Furthermore, her entrepreneurial background as the owner of ThinkingKap, LLC, has honed her business and interpersonal skills, enhancing her ability to connect with patients.
