His career in medicine began when he graduated with his Medical Degree from the Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. Thereafter, Dr. Soldes completed his General Surgery residency and Surgical Critical Care/ECMO fellowship with the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor. Pursuing advanced medical training, he undertook a further fellowship in Pediatric Surgery with C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Soldes is dual board certified in Pediatric Surgery and Surgical Critical Care, and he has earned the coveted titles of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Fellow of the American Pediatric Surgical Association, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and Fellow of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons. He is determined to enhance his patients’ quality of life, providing high quality, individualized care in order to ensure the most optimal results, and is noted for his expertise in all facets of pediatric surgery.
Dr. Soldes is a professional member of the International Pediatric Endosurgery Group, the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, the American Trauma Society, and the Children’s Oncology Group.
