After an internship and residency at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minnesota, Dr. Smith completed a further residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Dr. Smith is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and she diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions in both children and adolescents. Conditions treated by her include asthma and bronchitis, allergies, dermatitis, anxiety, ataxia and muscle weakness. She also provides a comprehensive range of medical examinations and tests, including hearing tests.
Alongside her practice, Dr. Smith also serves as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
