Dr. Lisa M. Werner is a highly respected and experienced physician, having been in practice for nearly three decades. Her career in medicine began in 1990 when she graduated with her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Ohio University, Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1989. After medical school, Dr. Werner completed her osteopathic internship at Eatmoreland Hospital in Portland, OR, and is certified as a General Practitioner. She completed her psychiatric residency at The Ohio State University in 1993 and later became the Medical Director of Intake and Psychiatric Emergency Services at Ohio State with a clinical emphasis on the treatment of physicians and women’s issues in psychiatry. She is an experienced Administrator in both Academic medicine and Health Care Executive in Population Health with a specialty in Medicaid/Medicare/Duals/& Special Populations.
Dr. Werner is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has dedicated her life to delivering compassionate care. She is determined to enhance her patients’ quality of life, providing high quality, individualized care in order to ensure the most optimal results. With a passion for his work, Dr. Werner is noted for her expertise in psychiatry and integrated care.
