He trained directly under Dr. George Gonzalez in Los Angeles, CA, creator of Quantum Neurology, a method of nervous system rehabilitation. He is an advanced level practitioner of Nutrition Response Testing and Clinic Nutrition. Roberto trained directly under Dr. Freddie Ulan D.C. C.C.N., Dr. Lori Puskar D.C., and Dr. Brad Kristiansen D.C. in Clearwater, Florida.
