Wanting to further her education, she completed her internship at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in 2001, and her residency in ophthalmology at the John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in 2004. Finally, she completed her fellowship in strabismus at the Wright Center in 2005.
As a testament to her success, the doctor is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology, an independent, non-profit organization responsible for certifying ophthalmologists in the United States of America.
