Dr. Carrero attended the University of Puerto Rico he graduated with his  Dental Degree in 2003, giving him over a decade of experience in his field.

After obtaining his Dental Degree Dr. Carrero realized he would have a better relationship with his patients if he opened his own private practice which he did in 2007. He is devoted to staying current with the newest materials, techniques, and equipment in the field and also takes numerous continuing education classes, attends conferences and seminars and maintains participation in study clubs.

Dr. Carrero currently practices serving the people of Valrico, Florida with New Image General Dentistry he works as a General and Cosmetic Dentist.

Dr. Carrero has specialized training in the diagnosis and treats oral health issues. The most basic services he provides are preventative and regular maintenance treatments such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, X-rays (to look for cavities), cavity fillings. He also provides advice on proper brushing, flossing, and rinsing for the prevention of plaque buildup.

Dr. Carrero joined the army reserve when he was 17 years old. It taught him to respect and love his country, hard work, and responsibility.
