Dr. Berdayes is a board certified family physician. She joined the Millennium Physicians Practice back in 2007 and is currently the managing partner of the Family Medicine Department.
Dr. Berdayes earned her osteopathic medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Erie, PA. The College of Osteopathic Medicine at LECOM is the largest in the United States and is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, the American Osteopathic Association’s Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation.
The doctor completed internships at the Osteopathic Family Practice Internship at St. Joseph’s Mercy Medical Center in Clinton Township, MI in 2005. Her residency was completed at Flower Hospital, a public hospital in Sylvania, Ohio that is part of the ProMedica Health System. This level III trauma center has 1500 health care professionals caring for patients in any of the 297 beds in the premises.
Dr. Bedayes is the President & a Medical Director of Millennium Physicians IPA which is partnered with Texan Plus, a Wellcare insurance. Millennium Physicians is a multi-disciplinary medical group that offers a singular source of healthcare for patients. The practice is comprised of 40 physicians at 11 different locations including Dr. Berdayes. She is also on faculty in the Family and Community Medicine Department at Baylor College of Medicine as a clinical preceptor.
The recipient of numerous accolades and awards, Dr. Berdayes was recognized as one of Houston’s Top Family Practice Doctors by H Texas Magazine. She won the Reader’s Choice Award for Primary Care in the Kingwood/Humble/Atascocita Observer newspaper several years in a row. In 2007 she was named as the recipient of Chief Resident Award at Flower Hospital Residency Program.
Dr. Berdayes is a member of American Academy of Family Practitioners (AAFP), American College of Family Practitioners (ACFP). And Texas Academy of Family Practice (TAFP) .
